F B McGuinness is strict taskmaster. When we bought Buckwheat Gamefarm in the 90s we were concentrating on breeding and running “Little Sunset Gameclub”. We hired Jerry Jacques to help us care for our birds and help with feeding and conditioning. Jerry Jacques had his own methods and of course we had ours, we had many colorful conversations in the early days of our collaboration, after we learned mutual respect for each others ideas and standards, we reached a compromise. This compromise gave us an average of approximately 70% wins over the years that we worked together in the toughest competition in the world.
